St. Charles, MO) – Spectra, providers of Venue Management to the St. Charles Convention Center, has hired Jesse Lynn as the Director of Event Services. Lynn comes to the award-winning facility with an impressive background, including knowledge in Event Management, Operations, Marketing, Sales and Guest Service.
Prior to his move to St. Charles, Lynn served on pre-opening teams at The Centre of Tallahassee in Florida and The John Paul Jones Arena in Virginia. He also gained field experience at The American Bank Center in Texas. His career in the field launched and took off during his five-year tenure at Richmond Coliseum, where his professionalism and dedication led to several opportunities for advancement.
In the past, Lynn has also been employed by such organizations as the Indianapolis Colts, Indianapolis 500, 1998 Goodwill Games, 1999 Women’s World Cup and Madison Square Garden. He was the recipient of the IAVM District 5 Scholarship to attend the Public Facility Management School and is a 2004 graduate of Oglebay. In 2010 he graduated from Leadership Charlottesville. He holds a BS in Recreation from Indiana University.
