As a full-service venue we have everything you could need for your wedding at your fingertips, and a wedding coordinator to help manage it all!
With our amazing wedding coordinator, Connie Barber, you can sit back and relax as she ensures every detail of your wedding is accounted for. Connie is a certified wedding planner with over 20 years of experience in events. She loves the wedding industry, specifically the constantly changing trends and needs of brides. Connie has extensive knowledge on planning traditional American weddings (and not so traditional), but she specializes in ethnic weddings. With Connie on your side, you can be assured all of your various needs will be met, whether using our own in-house services or your own vendors.
Along with a dedicated wedding coordinator, the St. Charles Convention Center has several other in-house services to help in your wedding planning. With several packages to choose from, you can make sure all of your needs are met. Between decorating, catering, and media services, everything from dinner and drinks to linens and uplighting to event insurance and security is covered in our packages.
Guest Accommodations
Your guests are an important part of your wedding, and with our free parking, an attached hotel, and convenient location it’ll be easy for all your loved ones to join you!
1,200 free parking spaces and easy access to all major highways means local guests will have no problem getting to the venue. And for out-of-town guests, we’re just ten minutes from Lambert St. Louis International Airport, and attached to an Embassy Suites Hotel.
