- Social distancing, hand washing and sanitizing is actively promoted throughout the building.

- Wellness and travel restrictions are posted on exterior doors.

- We are investing in touchless water bottle fillers. It may take some time to have these installed.

- The entire facility has been and is being cleaned, sanitized and disinfected regularly.

- Kitchens and food outlets have been thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and disinfected and will continue to be on a regular schedule.

- For the time being, all buffets will have Service Attendants. 

- Food utensils in concession outlets as well as condiments will be provided in single serve packaging and will be delivered from behind food service counters.

- Signage at entry doors related to entrance requirements.

- Dedicated ingress and egress points.

- Elevators limited to two per elevator car.

- Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the building with CDC recommended alcohol based liquid hand sanitizer.

- CDC handwashing guidelines posted in all restrooms.

Every event is unique in its own way so Frequently Asked Questions may not cover specific topics. • For your safety, the saint Charles Convention Center performs bag checks for all public shows. We encourage clear bags to expedite processes. We thank you for your participation in helping keep shows here safe.

In order to provide a safe and secure environment for all, the following items are prohibited from the St. Charles Convention Center. The following is a list of standard prohibited items, although the list is subject to change depending on the event:

ADA recognized services animals (Guide Dogs and Mini-horses) are welcome at the Convention Center provided they are leashed or under similar control as appropriate. The owner must take full responsibility for their animal.

Our venue is ADA compliant and offers the following for our guests:

• Sidewalk ramps
• Automatic doors on both levels
• Accessible restrooms and elevators
• Wheelchairs: Complimentary at Guest Services with valid ID. Limited number available.

For the safety of guests and staff, the Saint Charles Convention Center has implemented a clear bag policy for all public events that will have a bag check. This not only enhances public safety, especially with the COVID-19, it will reduce exposure to staff, as well as improve efficiency at entrances to shows.

Attendee safety is of the utmost importance at the Saint Charles Convention Center. When attending events at the SCCC security is staffed during all events and in many cases there may be bag checks and metal detection equipment required.

The SCCC does not allow any outside food or beverage. Many events order catering for guests through our culinary department or we may have concessions available for purchase. As of recently the SCCC has just partnered with St. Louis’s very own Kaldi’s Coffee, which is now available 24/7 in the lower level of the facility.

The St. Charles Convention Center now offers complimentary wifi throughout the facility. Log into our Guest Network to check email, sent a text or make a phone call. 

Visit our Guest Services desk on the lower level to purchase an upgraded internet connection. Activities that may require ungraded speeds include uploading/downloading files, streaming services and VPN. 

You can order utility services online or complete the form and email it to exhibitor services.

The St. Charles Convention Center is working with the St. Charles County Health Department to determine what, if any, food sampling may be allowed during COVID-19 restrictions.

Each event is responsible for booking it's vendors. Please contact the Show Organizer for the specific event(s) in which you are interested.

Yes, there are food outlets on-site, but the nature of the event you attend dictates whether food outlets will be open. Food outlets are open and available during all public consumer shows. To confirm which outlets are open during your visit, please call our Director of Food & Beverage at 636-669-3005.

The St. Charles Convention Center has 1,200 complimentary parking spaces available for our guests.

If you plan to stay in your motorhome or oversized vehicle overnight, you may reserve space at Sundermeier RV Park. For parking only, Parking Lot D may be utilized overnight for oversized vehicles or motorhomes as space allows.

Lambert St. Louis International Airport is approximately 15 minutes east of the St. Charles Convention Center;  accessible via Hwy 70 (I-70). The Convention Center does not provide transportation to and from the airport.

St. Charles has a free Trolley that runs April 1st through December 31st. Add the trolley app (available on Google Play and Apple Store) to know when and where the trolley will be available to pick you up!
