Saint Charles Convention Center is Now a Cashless Venue

The Saint Charles Convention Center (SCCC) is a fully cashless venue for all food and beverage and box office purchases. This change follows industry best practices and is designed to improve efficiency, enhance security, and provide a more convenient guest experience.

What to Expect

• Food & Beverage and Ticket Purchases: All SCCC-operated box offices, concessions, bars, and dining locations accept digital payments only, including credit/debit cards and mobile payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• Vendors at Consumer & Trade Shows: Vendors at the events are not affected by this change and may continue accepting cash or card at their discretion. An ATM remains on-site for guest convenience.
• Guests with Cash: Guests who only have cash and wish to purchase food or beverages can visit Guest Services (when open) to purchase an SCCC Gift Card, which can be used at on-site SCCC food and beverage locations.
