The goal of our exhibitor service staff is to make sure your event needs are met in an efficient and effective way. Our event services department exists to assist event planners in all of their event needs in a variety of ways.
Services include:
Audio / Visual: The Saint Charles Convention Center offers an in-house audio visual department which can accommodate all of your AV event needs. We offer everything from tripod screens, projectors, and microphones to sound systems, lighting, and scenic packages. We also have meeting packages that are a one stop shop designed for small meetings all the way up to large conferences. No matter what type of event, we can help you get your point across with emphasis. Our proven customer service and competitive prices make our audio visual department a must for any AV rental needs during your event. And, as always, there is an on-site technician to service your event, making sure it runs correctly and effortlessly.

Shipping and Business Services: The Saint Charles Convention Center offers Shipping Services through the UPS Store on 5th Street in St. Charles. This partnership was formed to handle convention center shipping and materials handling services as well as any on-site business needs. As part of our ongoing efforts to satisfy our clients and customers, the convention center also offers business supplies and services at the UPS Guest and Business Services Center. |
